Cancellation Policy

At SmartWash, we value your commitment to scheduled appointments. To ensure smooth operations and accommodate all our valued clients, we request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

Cancellation Terms:

1. Notification: To cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled service time.
2. Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of $50.
3. Rescheduling: We encourage rescheduling appointments whenever possible and will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.

How to Cancel:

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us via 250-880-7217 at least 24 hours before your scheduled service time.

Exceptions:

In cases of emergencies or situations beyond your control, please contact us directly to discuss any exceptions to the policy.

No-Show Policy:

Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice may be charged the full service fee.

Policy Acceptance:

By booking our services, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to our cancellation policy as outlined above.
