If your cancelation notice is sent within the 24-hour window before the confirmed cleaning time, there will be a fee of $25 charged to your account.
If our cleaners are delayed upon arrival due to complications (house access, etc.), the cleaning will end at the original end time. If the schedule allows, we may be able to extend but that is not guaranteed.
